Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with GraphAqal, and we'd rather earn that than trap you.

14-day money-back guarantee

If GraphAqal isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — subscription, lifetime, or otherwise. No interrogation. Email support from the address you purchased with and we'll process it.

How refunds are issued

Purchases are handled by our Merchant-of-Record payment provider, who issues the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Outside the 14-day window, partial-period refunds for subscriptions are generally not provided, but reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After that window, the license is non-refundable, since you retain permanent access to the software.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
