Refund Policy
Last updated: 5 July 2026
We want you to be genuinely happy with GraphAqal, and we'd rather earn that than trap you.
Free trial — no payment, nothing to refund
The 7-day trial is completely free and requires no card, so there's nothing to refund. Try everything, and only pay if you decide to keep it. If you don't subscribe, the app simply locks and your local data stays on your device.
Paid subscriptions — 7-day money-back guarantee (first payment)
If you subscribe and it isn't right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just contact support from the email you paid with — no interrogation. This one-time window is on your initial subscription charge.
After that — cancel any time, no renewal refunds
Once the 7 days from your first payment have passed, charges (including any renewals) are non-refundable. But you can cancel any time to stop future renewals — from the app's Settings → Manage subscription, or the link in your receipt email — and you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. If something genuinely went wrong with a charge, reach out anyway; we're reasonable.
How refunds are issued
Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant-of-Record provider (Paddle), who returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
